Work where others breathe easy
A hotel with 68 rooms, run by the third generation — and supported by 85 people who bring it to life every day. We are not looking for staff numbers, but for colleagues who want to stay: many on our team have been with us for more than ten years, and some trained here and now lead their own department.
In return, we offer all we can: a fair 5-day week, accommodation in our new staff house just a five-minute walk from the hotel, meals even on days off, evening spa access, and a mountain lift pass included for both summer and winter.
Open positions
You are the first face of our hotel: smooth check-ins without queues, a listening ear for guest requests, and oversight of 68 rooms. Experience with hotel software is a plus, but warmth is essential.
You run your own section in our five-course service—from aperitif to digestif, with calm instead of rush. An affinity for wine is welcome: our sommelier is happy to support your further development.
Cook with what the valley provides: you will work across all stations and learn why our hay cream soup tastes like the alpine pastures. Regular 5-day week, no split shifts.
Signature treatments with natural cosmetics made from herbs from the valley — you work without rigid 15-minute scheduling and with time for the person on the treatment table. Training in massage or cosmetology required.
Five sauna infusions a day, from a birch infusion to an evening ritual with mountain herbs and honey — you turn 90 degrees into an experience. Career changers welcome; training provided.
